Happy New Year!!!! It's a new year and a great time to set new goals and make new plans, that includes travel plans. As you know I am on this journey to lose weight to make traveling more comfortable. So far I already have 3 personal trips and 4 business trips scheduled for this year. All the more reason to continue to make better choices and workout more consistently to lose weight.
Currently, I am working with a trainer, modifying my eating behavior and working out on a more consistent basis. During the holidays I allowed the journey to fall to the back burner, no big issue I am human and the goal is to not quit just jump back in.
Last week was rough I was not able to eat and workout as planned but I did manage to lose 3.6 pounds. But this week I am feeling better, I meal prepped over the weekend and I purchased containers. This is allowing me to pre-pack breakfast and lunch as well as better prepare for the day. I am also doing the workouts the trainer put together for me and participating in a squat challenge.
2019's Theme "Let's Get it done", I plan to apply this to all areas of my life. What are your goals and plans for 2019?
