Weight vs Travel Part 5

Here we are it's the middle of April and I have allowed myself to be distracted from my weight loss journey. Well maybe not totally distracted as I am down about 18 pounds. But I am sure if I made active efforts on a daily basis I might be down more pounds. Everyday is a chance for a new beginning is a new beginning! This is Day 1......again! My goal is to stay under 1500 calories per day, 1 gallon of water and work out 30 mins to an hour at least 5 days per week. I will also provide weekly updates in this blog. I can do this, I have to do this. I love to travel and I don't want my mental or my physical thoughts and feeling about my weight to keep limiting me. I am constantly reminded that I am not the only one facing thee challenges. There are so many of use who want to lose the weight but need to find the "RIGHT" fit in a diet, lifestyle and exercise plan that will help us reach our weight loss goals. I am starting 2 different workout plans that I purchased online. Between those, eating and drinking water...Let's see what happens.

I also started a Facebook group called Weight vs Travel to document not only my weight loss journey but also the many other changes I am striving for to create the life that I want.
